One person from your party pays Co-Studio.

Your rental includes access to all 2,600 square feet, featuring multiple photo areas, furniture, and backdrops.

YOUR TIME

Because prom dates are typically booked back-to-back for photos, we kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled time (not early) and wrap up promptly when your session ends. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures every group gets their full time.

HOW TO GET IN

Enter through the Main Avenue door and go to the 3rd floor. That’s us!

GUESTS

Please keep everyone on the 3rd floor and out of the stairwell and Antique Store. Kindly keep noise levels reasonable since neighbors live on the 2nd floor. Thanks for helping us be great neighbors!

MOBILITY CHALLENGES: ELEVATOR

Our 15’ x 10’ freight elevator (garage-stall size) must be manually operated by our staff, who are only on-site if you schedule an elevator ride at least 48 hours in advance by emailing hi@costudiobismarck.com.

Guests should meet us inside the Main Ave. doors at their scheduled time and arrive within 15 minutes or risk forfeiting access.

Please note: The building is not fully wheelchair accessible. There are 11 stairs leading to the elevator, and wheelchairs must be carried up and down the stairs.

Please do not enter the antique store to inquire about the elevator.

Please do not contact the antique store. Please inform everyone involved in your party of this.

PARKING

There’s plenty of street parking available! Please note, the alley parking is reserved for apartment tenants - unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
